Terms of Service
By using or interacting with the netherMFAs autosell bot (the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Bot.
If you are using the Bot on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Bot. You must be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements and to participate in the activities supported by the Bot.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third party terms of service, including any game or platform rules.
The Bot provides automated tools that assist users in listing and selling certain digital accounts or related digital items, and in receiving payment for eligible transactions.
The Bot does not own or operate the platforms on which those accounts or items are used. The Bot functions only as an automated interface and logging system and does not guarantee any specific outcome, price, or availability.

netherMFAs LLC does not review or verify the original ownership of accounts beyond automated or manual checks that it may choose to perform. You remain fully responsible for any disputes with third parties regarding ownership or rights.
To be eligible for sale through the Bot, accounts must meet the current program requirements, which may change over time. These requirements may include, for example:
The Bot may reject, reclassify, or apply different pricing to accounts that do not meet these requirements or that raise risk concerns in the sole discretion of netherMFAs LLC.
All payments are made in cryptocurrency, using the networks and currencies supported by the Bot at the time of the transaction.
If you believe the Bot has recorded a successful transaction but you have not received payment, you must contact an administrator promptly with logs, screenshots, or other proof. netherMFAs LLC may review the situation and, where a verified error is found, will use reasonable efforts to correct it.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available." Bugs, outages, or unexpected behavior may occur.
Logs and data collected by the Bot may be used to investigate issues, enforce these Terms, or improve the service.
You must not:
netherMFAs LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time if it suspects violation of these Terms or other risky behavior.
The Bot may collect and store information such as Discord identifiers, transaction logs, timestamps, and other technical data. This data is used to operate the service, resolve disputes, detect abuse, and improve reliability.
Personal data, if collected, is handled in accordance with any privacy notice published by netherMFAs LLC. You should not transmit sensitive personal information through the Bot beyond what is strictly required for its operation.
All code, designs, and content associated with the Bot, other than user submissions, are owned by netherMFAs LLC or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the Bot as provided in these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Bot or its underlying software, except where allowed by law.
Your use of the Bot is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, netherMFAs LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
netherMFAs LLC does not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, netherMFAs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Bot.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of netherMFAs LLC to you for any claim related to the Bot will be limited to the total amount of payouts actually made to you through the Bot in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Bot at any time. netherMFAs LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will end, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue, such as limitations of liability and disclaimers.
netherMFAs LLC may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice, for example through an announcement or updated timestamp.
Your continued use of the Bot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
