Terms of Service
By using or interacting with Wispr (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. You must be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements and to participate in the activities supported by the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Wispr provides automated tools that allow users to change the details (such as email, password, and other credentials) on Microsoft accounts that they buy, sell, or otherwise control.
The Platform functions only as an automated tool and does not own, operate, or have any affiliation with Microsoft or any related services. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, success rate, or availability.
These consequences include, but are not limited to:
You accept full responsibility and liability for any consequences that arise from using the Platform to modify Microsoft account details. Wispr is not responsible for any actions taken by Microsoft or any other third party against you or your accounts as a result of your use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Bugs, outages, glitches, or unexpected behavior may occur.
You acknowledge that automated account detail changes carry inherent risk, including the possibility of account loss due to bugs or errors in the Platform. You accept this risk by using the Platform.
Wispr will take reasonable steps to prevent bugs and errors that could result in account loss. In the event that an account is lost or compromised due to a verified Platform error, Wispr will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering the account, but does not guarantee recovery.
Wispr is not responsible for account loss, lockouts, or other issues caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to actions taken by Microsoft, network outages, user error, or third-party interference.
You are solely responsible for:
Wispr does not review or verify the original ownership of accounts beyond any automated or manual checks that it may choose to perform. You remain fully responsible for any disputes with third parties regarding ownership or rights.
You must not:
Wispr may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if it suspects violation of these Terms or other risky behavior.
Any fees, rates, or pricing associated with the Platform may change at any time without prior notice, except where required by law.
Payment terms, methods, and processing are subject to the policies in effect at the time of the transaction. If a payment dispute arises, you must contact an administrator promptly with supporting information. Wispr will review the situation and, where a verified error is found, will use reasonable efforts to correct it.
The Platform may collect and store information such as Discord identifiers, transaction logs, account identifiers, timestamps, and other technical data. This data is used to operate the service, resolve disputes, detect abuse, and improve reliability.
Personal data, if collected, is handled in accordance with any privacy notice published by Wispr. You should not transmit sensitive personal information through the Platform beyond what is strictly required for its operation.
All code, designs, and content associated with the Platform, other than user submissions, are owned by Wispr or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the Platform as provided in these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform or its underlying software, except where allowed by law.
The right to use the Platform is granted to you alone, as a single user or entity. This license is personal to you, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Each license or subscription entitles one user or entity to access the Platform.
You must not:
If you need access for more than one user, you must obtain a separate license for each, or written approval from Wispr. Access may be tied to identifiers such as your Discord account, and Wispr may monitor for shared or unauthorized use.
If Wispr reasonably determines that your license has been shared or used in violation of this section, it may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund, in addition to any other remedies available under these Terms.
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wispr disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Wispr does not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wispr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or accounts, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Wispr to you for any claim related to the Platform will be limited to the total amount of fees actually paid by you through the Platform in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wispr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or terms of service.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Wispr may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will end, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue, such as limitations of liability, disclaimers, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a nationally recognized arbitration body, conducted in the State of Wyoming. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Wispr may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice, for example through an announcement or updated timestamp.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
